Triton Innovation’s food grade Pendulum Bucket Elevators simultaneously execute vertical and horizontal transportation of dry, free-flowing, bulk material within a small footprint. A continuous loop of buckets travel from one or more infeed points to as many discharge points as needed for a wide range of processing, production, or packaging lines. Bucket Elevators are also highly modular and have virtually limitless configuration possibilities that significantly simplify installation, integration with existing equipment, and provide ongoing flexibility to modify or customize layouts as required.

Allowing up to 90° incline, its design goes beyond other conveyor solutions. Buckets remain upright during transportation, overlap to provide superior containment, gently handle both fragile and non-fragile products, and maintain product blend integrity. Buckets are also designed for easy, tool-less removal and cleaning which is critical for batch and recipe changeouts. Our Bucket Elevators are designed to meet stringent quality standards and are capable of eliminating product fallback, degradation, damage, or loss.

Triton can design complete solutions that manage and prepare your product for the key stages of your operation. We can help you automate bulk bag or container unloading, controlled feeding and in-process storage, extra gentle conveying, and more. Get in touch with us to learn how.
