– Engineering

Successful candidates must be self-starting, highly motivated individuals who have a degree in Mechanical Engineering with 3-D CAD software, preferably Solid Works, material handling conveyor experience in food handling/hygienic designs, new product development/design, and fabrication experience. Tasks and responsibilities may include:
– Exploring new product design ideas
– Developing tools to design, price, market, sell product lines
– Proposing improvements for product design and manufacturing practices
– Designing products based on defined product standards

– Industrial Sales and Customer Service

Candidates should have strong organizational and communication skills, for opportunities in Industrial Sales and Customer Service. On-the-job training for individuals with a basic mechanical skill set, with preference given to those with prior sales or customer service experience.

– Manufacturing

Successful candidates must be self-starting, highly motivated individuals who have an interest working in an industrial manufacturing atmosphere. Preference will be given to candidates with welding, assembly and/or fabrication experience. Tasks and responsibilities may include:
– Welding
– Fabrication
– Assembly
– Maintenance
– General Labor
